Postural Management/Equipment
I have extensive experience working with children who require specialist equipment to support their posture, function, participation, independence, and communication. My approach begins with a comprehensive assessment of each child’s posture, alignment, and range of movement. Based on this, I recommend appropriate equipment tailored to their individual needs and ensure it is set up optimally to promote comfort, safety, and functional outcomes.
SDR Rehab/Post Botox Intervention
I am experienced in providing rehab after SDR surgery, and intervention following botulinum toxin injections.

What to Expect:
Prior to any new assessment, I'll be in touch to gather information regarding your child, their needs, and how I can help. I’m able to offer both home and school visits depending on location.
My approach when first meeting a child and during any subsequent appointments, is to first develop a trusting relationship, and to use play as a medium to achieve this. Parents are the experts when it comes to their child, and that knowledge is invaluable in order to engage, motivate and be successful when delivering therapy.
I use a holistic approach when both assessing and treating. I believe it's important to spend time building a detailed picture of a family's circumstances, in order to ensure my advice, recommendations and treatment options meet the needs of the child and family, and therefore achieve the goals required.
I am able to provide assessment reports, including for EHCP’s. Or exercise recommendations where needed.
If required, I am experienced at working within an MDT, and I strongly encourage clear and respectful communications between professionals working with a family to ensure the best outcome for your child.

Goldsmith Indices Assessment
The Goldsmith Indices are the gold standard in objective, objective body-symmetry measurement. In a quick, gentle 45 -30 minute hands-on assessment carried out by a highly specialist paediatric physiotherapist and occupational therapist. We measure exact degrees of pelvic rotation, chest depth-to-width ratios, and windsweeping indices.
